Cart Off Canvas Button Links not connecting

Hi there,

So I’ve added the "Cart of Canvas Element to my headers, everything looks right, but the ‘View Cart’ and ‘Checkout’ buttons in the off canvas area don’t take me to either of those places, they just reload the current page. Any idea what I’m missing here?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I tested the Cart Off Canvas element in my local setup and it seems to be working fine, there could be a conflict on your site which is breaking the element, you can test for the following first:

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. THEME UPDATE
  3. CHILD THEME
  4. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  5. DISABLING CACHE
  6. DISABLING CDN
  7. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

If the issue persists then please get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Hey Ken,

What you’re experiencing is a WooCommerce setup problem. Your pages are empty. Please set them up. You can learn how here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
