Cart canvas close button

Hi there,

I am having an issue that when I add the product on my cart, the cart canvas close button needs to be clicked 2 times, which is annoying… how can I fix that?

  • When you click it 1 time, it closes the scroll option
  • And when you click it 2 time, it finally closes the canvas…

Hello Katarina,

Thanks for writing in! The opening of the Off-canvas element is triggered with a custom code. Sometimes, the Off-canvas will open and there are times that when I click on the “Add to Cart” button, it will just reload the page. There are also instances where I cannot close the Off-canvas even I click the close button many times. Can you please clear the all your caching plugin first before testing the page again? It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):
