I would like to achieve the layout shown in the attached screenshot. A carousel that shows an image on top and text on the bottom with three showing at one time. Can you please advise me the best way to go about this? Thanks in advance.

There is no such default feature in the theme to make such kind of slider.
You have to look for third-party plugin or custom development.
Please check this free slider plugin it might help you on this.
Also you try searching different other options.
