Card element not stacking columns

I use the card elements on a row with three columns and expecting the cards to display horizontally, but that was no the case. I have tried couples of options and nothing seems to be working.

Hello Tunde,

Just as I suspected, the column layout in your row settings is set to only one column.

I went ahead and set it to 3 columns already:
