Captcha Not Showing

Hello! We noticed on one of our websites, that the captcha isn’t showing up. We’ve cleared Cache and Varnish on the site, deleted the captcha field, made sure there wasn’t any conflicting CSS on the page. We also refreshed the site key and secret key through google Recaptcha.

This is on a global block that is also used on the homepage, and the homepage form is working.

Thanks for reaching out.

There is a javascript error and it means the reCaptcha is declared twice. It appears you can’t redeclare the same form on a single page. Please remove the other form and test it again. I also recommend contacting Gravity Form author for more inputs regarding this issue.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand. What other form are you referring to?

Looks like you have resolved the issue. I can now see reCaptcha on contact page. Here’s a screenshot.
