Captcha not showing on a Content Area Off Canvas

Hello,
I installed Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft and the test doesn’t show on a Content Area Off Canvas contact menu (there is the [bws_google_captcha] shortcode instead of the checkbox). I tried installed it on a regular page and the captcha is working fine.

Do you know why it’s not working only on a Content Area Off Canvas ?

Hi @Lyser,

I tried xtheme shortcodes in Content Area Off Canvas and it seems to work. This means that shortcodes are being triggered in that element.

It seems to work when I add the shortcode directly in the content area off canvas.

It sounds like you might be having an issue with Contact Form 7. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
