Can't Verify License

We have about 3o sites licensed, so it is not like we don’t do this. But for some reason we are getting this error “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds” and can’t verify the license for https://mei6482.com

Any assistance would be appreciated.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
