Hello. I am having trouble activating x theme license. When I try to paste my Envato purchase code into the license validator under X Addons, I can’t hit enter, nothing happens. Thanks in advance.
Hey There,
Please provide us with your WordPress admin login credentials so we can take a look on what’s going wrong.
From the first impression it sounds like you might experience a plugin conflict so disabling all plugins and trying to validate would be the first step I would recommend.
Thanks!
