I created a staging site of a website and I need to add a new unlimited pro license to unlock theme updates for testing purposes. It accepts the code but fails every time and the site is not unlocked.
This is a very common issue. Other threads in the forum say to just wait a few hours, and others have posted here and you fix them. Please help… credentials attached.
I think you are having the timer issue laid out in this thread. When validating on your site it was fine, but I did this 1 hour after your message. I’m taking at look at this tomorrow, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Thanks Charlie. My experience with site validation has been exactly the same as @simeoned explained in the other thread.
