Can't validate my themeco account

Hello, I wanted to validate my themeco license but whenever I put in the code it asks if it belongs to my account, if I click yes it brings me to a page that does not exist.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues are related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

In your case it might be the location with the slash mentioned in the Location of your Themeco Account is the reason.
If none of the above helps, and you are still getting the issue on validation, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I think theres a probem with my code already being validated, Ive validated the website before I restored an unvalidated version of the website. I think that way my wordpress doesnt recognize my validation anymore.

I have checked the Settings > General and found that the site mentioned with the HTTP and mention the site in your Themeco Account dashboard is with HTTPS. Please make sure that the URL you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address.

I tried to access your site dashboard but unfortunately, it is not working at the moment. Please have a look at the screenshot in the secure note. I checked your Themeco dashboard as well it seems that you have not changed the domain name properly as mentioned by @tristup. You have added a forward slash(/) with your domain name which is not correct.

Okay I changed it again, removing the slash, still not working.

My colleague Tristup previously said your Site URL and Location in your Account Dashboard should match. Upon checking, they’re not. Your site is in HTTPS while the location is in HTTP.

Your license is only unlocked. Please lock it first before you can validate your site.

The reason why you can’t validate your website because your license is X then the theme installed is Pro. I went ahead and activate the X theme then validate your website. Your website is now successfully validated.
