Can't validate my theme

I’ve never used the X theme and it’s been a few years since I purchased, but it won’t validate with my purchase code. I’ve tried many of the suggested solutions with no effect. I downloaded a new copy of Cornerstone and the theme itself. Please help. Thank you

It seems that you are having a location issue. At the moment, your license code is assigned to the following URL in the secure note. This is the only URL where you can validate the X theme. Please check out this documentation guide first:
