Can't validate license for new site

Hi. I am having the same issue trying to install another Pro license on a different site. You were able to somehow install it successfully for the other site, now I’m having the same issues here. Here is a repeat of my last message: :slight_smile:

We just installed a fresh copy of Pro at our client’s site and when we go to validate it, after entering the correct key, it says " Congratulations, your site is now validated!" but then the screen comes back to the message that says " You’re almost finished! Your license of Pro is not validated . "

Oddly, when I check my registered sites, this site DOES show up there! I’ve tried deleting the license and re-validating but it does the same thing. I’ve also tried deactivating all plugins, but no change.

I log in to your website and I was able to validate it without any issues but I am glad that it is now working properly on your website.

Thank you so much, Marc!! Much appreciated!! I’m not sure why this happens so often! I’ve tried turning off caching plugins, clearing my computer cache, trying on different computers and OS’s, deleting and re-setting up the PRO license. Nothing works! Do you have any ideas why we aren’t able to validate sometimes?

On the other hand, I suspect that it has something to do with your server and our server communication issue when you try to validate it. But in the end, we’re glad that it is now validating properly on your end.
