Cant validate cornerstone license

Hi,
i can’t seem to validate the license on my clients site : amassohairandbeauty.com.au

It has previously been fine for many ears actually but I’ve just done some updates and it can’t seem to recognise it anymore. I’ve tried to add it as well as usuing other licenses I have but they all fail. I get errors which I’ve attached as screenshots. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that you do not have any Cornerstone license in your account. You must update your X theme to the latest version first because your site is using an older X theme 4.0.3 version with the Cornerstone 6.1.5. You must update the X theme first before doing the update for the Cornerstone. You might need to do Manual Update instead.
