Can't validate another license

I have another site where I can’t validate the license. (Pro Unlimited). I’ve tried all the following:

1. Clearing cache
2. Logging in as a different administrator
3. Using different browsers
4. Using both Mac and PC

I get the “You’re almost finished! Your license of Pro is not validated” dialogue, I copy and paste my license code into the “Input Code and Hit Enter” field and after I hit enter, it says “Congratulations! Your site is validated. Addons are now unlocked.” But then it goes right back to the “You’re almost finished! Your license of Pro is not validated” message.

I have this happen on nearly every new site. Are you able to validate it from there again?

So I just waited for awhile and tried again, and it worked! I’m wondering if it has something to do with the sites that I experience this issue with being so freshly setup. Maybe the DNS on the domain needs to propagate first? I will keep this in mind next for next time! In any case, this has been resolved!

I suspect that there was a communication issue between your server and our server when you try to validate them at first but we’re glad that it is now working properly on your end! If you have any other concerns or clarifications regarding our theme features, feel free to open up a new thread.
