Can't use Template from Essential Grid

Hello,

I am using the Pro Theme.
I wanted to create a grid using the essential grids plugin. It won’t let me use the templates and says

“If you purchased a theme that bundled Essential Grid: No activation needed to use / create grids with Essential Grid - Update manually through your theme.”

I updated and reinstalled the plugin. Can you tell me why it is not working?

Thanks for writing to us.

All the bundled plugins are free with X/PRO themes. You can use it without validating these plugins. In case you need the premium features of the Essential grid plugin such as prebuilt Templates then you need to purchase a separate license from the plugin author.
