I converted my X Theme to X Pro, but now I can’t use the premade demo Sites. I can’t go back to X theme, but I have to do a website until friday using a premade template! What can I do?!

Are you looking for the Standard Demos or the Expanded Demos because the Expanded demos are not available in Pro. They are now call Sites in the Design Cloud. You can read more about that in our Pro 3.1.0, X 7.1.0, Cornerstone 4.1.0 Changelog.
Regretfully, the Standard Demos are no longer available as we plan to spend more time creating and delivering fully crafted content via the “Sites” moniker going forward.
