How can I fix this
it seems to effect the edit of the menu area to change a link cant get the menu edit page to view right

Thanks for reaching out.
Please make sure that you have a validate license code to update the theme. If the issue still persist, I suggest that you update the theme manually. To do that, please go to Theme page then select then activate the other theme installed to delete the Pro theme, after deleting the Pro theme, go to your theme dashboard and download the latest version of Pro and upload it to your theme page. Once you are done uploading it, please activate the theme and you will now have the latest version of Pro.

dose it matter if im using the pro child theme?

That does not matter. You need to make sure that the parent theme Pro is on the latest version. All the best!
