Can't update pro theme due to inconsistent permissions

Hi. I’m trying to update pro but am getting this message:

I’ve never had this issue before. Any ideas?

Hi Lorie,

Please contact to your hosting provider to check that the permission of this directory wp-content/themes is 755.
