Most of the time when I try to update or save anything on the back end I am redirected to a page that says “The link you followed has expired.” I am not able to update or delete plugins or if I do it doesn’t go through until a few days later. Please help.

Thank you for writing in, please log in to your Cloudflare dashboard and purge all cache, as it seems your issue is related to a caching (go through until a few days later).
