Can't Update Classic Accordion Content After Update

Hey all, after updating X Theme to 8.0.11, I’m unable to update any of the content in our classic accordions. Does anyone have a quick fix for this?

Thanks for reaching out.

Please make sure that you also update your cornerstone to 5.0.11. I just tested the classic accordion on my staging environment and I can edit them with no issue at all. Maybe there’s a plugin or some custom code affecting the accordion to not functioning well.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
3. THEME UPDATE
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
