Can't translate footer

Hi there,

I’m writing regarding:

I’m running PRO 4.3.3 and have all my plugins updated. I’m translating the site via WPML. When in Pro footer editor - I click on the language sign in the right bottom corner to duplicate the English footer. It says it can’t.

I tried testing for a plugin conflict, but that did not fix the issue. Could you have a look?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have investigated your website and found that Footer is not allowed to be translated by the WPML. You need to allow it to be translatable through the WPML > Settings.
