Can't Transfer X Theme converted Pro License to Other Account

I am following directions in the forum but is says…

Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.

I did unlock the license in the account first etc.

I checked your account and all your licenses are locked. Or maybe it’s coming from another account and transfer to your account? Would you mind providing the purchase code in the secure note?

It is coming from another account which has them unlocked…

That licenses are now added to your account, maybe there is a connection failure or delay in the time you try to transfer the licenses.
