Can't transfer / revoke license

Hi team,
With the old version of the Themeco dashboard, next to every license there was a revoke option, allowing me to re-assign a specific license to a specific website. I have a license from a dead website that I want to apply to a new project I’m working on but there is no longer a revoke option in the license management section of the dashboard.
I’ve changed the URL associated with the license to that of the new site but to no avail: I keep getting an error message when trying to validate, telling me " Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account."

Would you please kindly make sure that the address is exactly the same with what you see on your browser when you visit the homepage? You can learn more about the new exact address policy here:

And also, sometimes if you set the address blank in the licenses page it works correctly.
