Can't Transfer Licenses

Hi, I am trying to transfer an unlocked license to my account, I haven’t had any luck. I see that you gave manually done this with other people, so please help me out.

Hey @birchwayinc,

We’ll be happy to help. I checked the licenses you posted in the secure note and they are locked though. We could not unlock it without proof of ownership so you’ll need to login to your other accounts first then unlock the licenses.

We’ll then move them to your desired account which I understand is @birchwayinc.

@christian_y they are both unlocked, I was able to transfer the license ending in 57 with help from your team. I just need assistance with the one ending in 31.

Hi @birchwayinc,

The license in question no longer appears to be connected to an account, so I assume that you were successful in detaching it. Should you need further assistance, just let us know. Just an FYI, but if the license to be moved is in another account, we’ll need the request to come directly from that account holder, for security reasons.
