Can't seem to unassign a Header in the Header Manager

Hi!
On our site we regularly switch between 2 headers using the Header Manager during live events and as of recently have been having a really tough time getting them to actually switch over. In fact for the past few days no matter what I do I can’t get it to switch back over from using our “live” version.

Our workflow is usually to set the inactive one to Global and if it isn’t already drop the priority to 1, then completely unassign the other.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @connectifyme,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have investigated your website through the WordPress admin dashboard but it seems that the user permission is not sufficient to access the Themes, Header Builder. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password with all permissions

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks
