Can't seem to find link to cancel hosting account

I would like to cancel my Themeco hosting plan. When I clicked ‘remove’ under my current site in the hosting panel, it said if I wanted to cancel my account (not just remove the site and add a new one), I should click the ‘cancel’ link under ‘my plan’. Couldn’t find this link anywhere and no instructions on support or elsewhere online. Can you help me out?

Please login to the hosting dashboard and click on support then fill out the support form about your request to cancel the hosting plan.
