Hi, I am trying to follow this tutorial to add a footer and header to the website and am unable to see Global Blocks. Not sure what to do to complete my tasks. Hope you can help! Screen shot below.

- Testing For Theme Related Issue
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update
- Child Theme
- Css/Js Customization
- Increasing Php Memory Limit
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling Cdn
- Permalinks
- Version Compatibility
If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
- FTP Details
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hi Noah,
You can also check with the X > Settings > Permissions > General and make sure that the Global Blocks were enabled.
