Can't see Creative CTA ICON from mobile

Like in the subject of this topic, I’m not able to see the arrow icon in my Creative CTAs, when watching the site from mobile.

Like in this page, at the bottom:

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in. Is this only happening to a specific device? I can see the arrow on my end (https://prnt.sc/fu22fi). Keep in mind that tapping CTA will redirect you to its respective link and if your browser is so fast to navigate then you wont have the chance to see the CTA transitioning the arrow, but if you hold the CTA it will definitely show the arrow.

Also try clearing your browser’s cache.

It only happens from mobile, I access it trought an Iphone 7.

Thanks for posting in.

1. There is no hover functionality in mobile, tapping on it while holding may trigger the arrow (a bit similar to hover).
2. The CTA is a link, the touch action is the same as clicking it, hence, it will open/load the page where it’s linked

In summary, the arrow will not appear since it will load the page upon touch, but you can hold touch it to trigger the arrow.
