Hi,
I checked your site in mobile and was able to scroll past the slider without a problem.
Can you provide us a video showing the issue.
Thanks
Hi @logoglo,
May I know which device and browser? I checked on my end and I’m able to scroll it but I do see what you’re referring in your recording.
Thanks!
Chrome, and its an android phone…Huawei creo q 9 lite
Hi @logoglo,
Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in a secure note? I’m somehow able to see the issue on my other phone but a bit random, it mostly works. It could be just configuration of your slider, and please provide the version of yru chrome.
Thanks!
Thanks for your help on this, see secure note. Also, be aware, the page is live now at https://entre.coach/
Hello There,
I have logged in and I can confirmed the issue that you cannot scroll the page on mobile if you touch within the slider. Please understand that the slider awaits for any touch events which will go to the next slides or go to any links designated to each of the slides. If you only have one slides, it still functions the same. It does not allow you to have any other events within the slider area. This is the reason why you cannot scroll the page if you touch within the slide area. The button is there so that you can go to the page section of the page or scroll the page upon button click or tap in mobile devices.
Hope this helps.
Ok, seams kinda stupid though, what if you dont wanna press the button? and we live in a scrolling age too, I think more people will want to scroll than press a button.
Hey There,
Please make sure that you have update to the latest version of Revolution slider. And then you double check your slider settings, and ensure that “Touch enabled” is still turned on? When you view the settings, does it show on or off? After changing it, did you click “Save settings”?
If that settings doesn’t help, can you try testing for a plugin conflict? It’s possible another script is interfering. You can do this test by temporarily deactivating all other plugins to see if it makes a difference.
Regards.
Howdy, ok, so I set the touch enabled, and there is another setting I enabled too:
But its still not working, it does on most phones, just not this one hehe.
I tested with plugins turned off etc, still produces the same results.
Hey @logoglo,
The Touch Enabled option needs to be turned off. That option is for navigating slides that is why it prevents you to scroll. See https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-se-doc/navigation/#touch
Thanks.
I will check now, thanks.
Sorry for the confusion from @RueNel’s response. You can see that the Touch Enabled option is the one causing the issue in this recording.
Thanks.
Yep, thats fixed it! thanks!
You’re welcome.
