Cant save one of our pages

Hi,

We are having problems with our page https://www.20minutos.es/servicios/productos-financieros/cuenta-bancaria/cuentas-bancarias-sin-comisiones/. When we go into the pro editor, make a change and try to save, we get the “uh oh, failed to save” error.

In the backend of the page I can see that we have the error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” but I haven’t received any email from what I can see. The error message is displayed under “revisions” which is connected to our plugin “Updraft plus” I believe, I deactived the plugin and cleared all chances, but the problem remains.

It is only on this page, the rest are working just fine. Do you know what might be wrong?

Hey Pontus,

If there’s an underlying problem or fatal error in the page caused by a 3rd party plugin, you really can’t save the page. You will need to fix the error first by doing the following troubleshooting procedures which also are possible solutions specific to your case.   1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme

Only if none of that helps, please keep all plugins deactivated and make sure to activate the parent theme then give us the following info in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password
