Can't Save Edits in Cornerstone Anymore - ERROR

After a lot of work and hassles, I finally got the new Cornerstone working.
But it only lasted a short time.
Now it won’t save—it gives me the error “Content Failed to Save.”

I’ve cleared the transients using the recommended plugin, and increased the PHP limit as recommended.
I’ve increased the WP memory limits.
Still, no go.

I would like to have some help to figure out what the issue is.
Thank you.

This problem is getting acute. I cannot wait much longer to be able to update my website.

Hi,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, please provide us your wordpress admin login and FTP in secure note(key icon)

Thanks

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, but would you mind to clarify where can we see the “Content Failed to Save.” error? I was able to add a section on your home page and saved it without having the said error.

And if you wouldn’t mind, please deactivate your CSS and JS minifier plugin and deactivate the CDN’s CSS and JS minifier feature.

Thanks,

The new upgrade fixed it. Thanks.

You’re welcome.
It’s good to know that the latest updates has resolved the issue.

Hi, I’m having the same problem. The update did not help.

Hey @edieberg,

Thanks for updating this thread. At this time we kindly ask that you open up your issue in a separate thread along with your login details if necessary. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

Meanwhile, please make sure that everything is up to date. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Thank you.
