I have a PRO licenses. It has two codes, 1 for Themeco and one for Themeforest - each saying a different date with THeme Forest saying purchased and Themeco saying converted (i assume for X-pro conversion). We have our production on one IP, and the staging server is another. The staging server we ended up using the code under the Theme Forest line and it validated in a specific directory. That directory became unusable and I cannot revoke that. We have another directory on the same IP address for staging (a different subdirectory e.g., 172.24.20.10/newwordpress), and are trying to attach the license code to that instance of Pro. We tried the code for both themeco and theme forest lines, and it says it’s assigned. How do we get the staging server to recognize the old code is now technically revoked since it cant be revoked on command since we cant start that version of Wordpress/pro anymore?
Hi @nyrngr94,
Thank you for writing in, please navigate to your Licenses page and assign your new staging URL to the corresponding license. Click the pencil icon to edit the URL.
And by the way, you can actually use the same Themeco (converted) code for both Production and Staging URL.
Hope it helps,
Cheers!
