I’m trying to revoke a license from one site and use it on another. When I attempt to remove the URL from the Licenses Dashboard, it won’t save. When I try to put the license code in my new site I get this message “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

Thank you for writing in, please see the secure note, are you referring to that license? please navigate to your Licenses page and lock that license first, then change the site URL that is assigned to it. Then try to validate your new site again.
If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
