Can't resize images

Hi guys -

sorry to write in with such a basic problem, but when I go to the resizing tool in the image uploader, and change the dimensions of my image, the actual image on the page doesn’t change. It just fills up the column in the same size as before. For instance, I resize from 500x500 down to 200x200, but it doesn’t change the way the image looks on my page.

i swear we used to just be able to drag and resize images to get them to look the way we want them, that doesn’t seem possible anymore either. Can you send me to a link with the current procedure to scale down the images I upload?

Thanks for writing in! Did you added the image on the page using the image element in Cornerstone? If that is the case, please keep in mind that with the image element, it will always display the original full size image. If you insert a smaller or resize image, you can make use of the text element and find the insert media button for you to select the image size and insert it in the element.
