Can't reset Revolution Slider Purchase Code

Hi there,

I have switched my Theme to The X, and can’t reset my Purchase Code to my new theme in the Rev Slider Plug In. My old theme sliders are still showing with some X sliders as well. Can’t edit or save. When I try to reset the product code it says my API is not connected to my code but this is the correct API for my old code to deactivate. It also won’t accept my new X purchase code.

Hi There,

Have you purchased Slider Revolution?

Please try accessing your site via FTP, removing revslider from wp-content/plugins

Going to Wp Admin > X > install revolution slider.

You dont need to validate/register the plugin as the version that comes bundled with X offers 100% of the functionalities as the original, but you can’t register it with X purchase code.
