Can't re-register with X-Theme purchase code for same website!


Many months ago i began a project with a client who ultimately put their site in park and “under construction” now that we are going to redo the site months later… they have asked to redo everything. Figuring it would be easier to do a fresh install… i did.

Now I cannot find out which product key code is registered to the existing site. I’ve tried all of the product key codes i owned and none are working.

Could anyone assist me with this? I own 8 licenses but only 6 show up in my registered panel.

Thanks for writing in! I can see that you only have 6 licenses in your APEX account. Maybe you have another username which uses the other two licenses. Could you please post your missing license codes in the secure note in your next reply so that we can look it up.

On the other hand, ​to validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license ( You need to assign the license to your site using this url: You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validation again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here:

I have a total of 9 on my envato account? This is confusing still. Where are the missing codes?

it’s mentioned that you have 9 purchase codes in Envato account. However you have shared 8 licences, out of which one is registered on a different account (not related with the account mentioned by my colleague @paul.r). Can you please let us know the purchase code which you are facing issue? Kindly let us know and our concerned department will take a look.
