I need help making edits to my site after updating to the latest version of Pro. When in the editor, my changes do not show in the preview area, and the changes never save. I either get an “uh oh, failed to save” or the pages goes grey and says it fails to communicate with the host. I have checked all plug-ins, child theme, and CSS/js which doesn’t resolve the issue. I have had my host up my PHP to 512MB and disabled caching (as well as clear it multiple times)and I’m still having the same exact issues! I have time-sensitive information that needs to get on my site and I can’t make any changes which is so frustrating. Any help would be wonderful!!

It seems that the Pro is not updated on your site and the mentioned issue can’t be tested. I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server and update the Pro to the latest version for checking and please provide login credentials for your staging site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
