Can't position text

I’d like to move this text to the right and up a little however no matter how much spacing I play with it doesn’t do it. Any logical reason why or fix for this?

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems you have set the global container as “ON” in the Row just because of that the Row is not full-width space and text is aligned in the container. I would suggest you set the Global container as “OFF” so the Row gets full-width space then you can set text in the right top.
