Can't make changes in WPBakery even though we have a full license

This is the response we received from WPBakery

We checked it further to confirm it. The content missing which is video and text is added by custom elements added by the theme author: https://prnt.sc/m88eyh
All our standard elements have vc_ as a prefix. As you can see these element shortcodes does have vc_ prefix. There seems to be an issue with custom elements added by the theme author which are not displaying in the editor. Kindly check.

Thanks for writing in!

The X integration were turn off. To resolve your issue, please go to WPBakery Page Builder > General Settings and enable the “Legacy X Integration” option.
