Can't Log in to Wordpress: Cookies blocked due to unexpected output

The login for my site amdi.net isn’t allowing me to log in. It is showing an error message before the form that says “ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.”

I am using a custom login URL amdi.net/adaptivelogin normally, but I re-named the plugins folder like another forum post suggested (to quickly disable all plugins) and when I went to the normal wp-login URL and still get the same error message. So that rules out plugin conflicts right?

Can you tell me what’s happening and how I can get into my site?

Users on the front end cannot login at the cart either. The link to log in or create an account is there but when you click them they go nowhere.
