Can't install modern slider on new site

Hi,

I’m trying to install the “Logo Carousel Slider” on our new website and I’m getting an error message. I’ve installed it on other sites without any problems but can’t seem to get it to work this time. I downloaded and uploaded the presets without any problem but when I apply the preset to the div I get the following errors:

and when I click it it says:

Do you know what the issue could be?

Thanks for reaching out.
Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having it requires investigation through the admin dashboard. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hey Pontus,

The reason why the Modern Sliders are not working on your install is that you have an old version of Pro 5.0.8 that doesn’t support the Slider yet. To fix your issue, I suggest that you update your Pro theme to the latest version 5.1.5.
