Hello! For some reason my website has an extremely annoying issue. When I try to go downwards it just doesn’t work. IM stuck at the top not able to drag myself downward on the mobile. If I zoom out I can somehow glitch my why down… But its just stuck all the time… any help?
I tried disabling one by one plugin but no effect.

So I tried in private browsing, and also deleting cache. I tried on a different phone as well but same problem.

I checked your site on my phone and though I do reach the footer, I had to scroll (swipe) several times because there’s a point where the scrolling gets stuck. If you just scroll/swipe once, you can’t reach it and maybe this is what you mean?
This issue happens because an area in your site is shorter than its content. This usually happens in the footer because the default Footer Bar’s Height is fixed and the content usually grows taller than the Bar.
The solution: Try setting all of your Footer Bar Height to auto like in the screenshot below.
