Hi,
When in Safari on iPad Pro 12,9 I keep getting an ‘Oops’ message when surfing to theme.co, no matter which part (dashboard, docs, forum,…). When I do I get the site for about 0,01 seconds and then I get the error message (see attached image). Is this a known Safari-issue? When using Firefox on the iPad there is no problem, just in Safari.
I experience the same on my iPhone. Happens in Safari. Disabling content blockers (1Blocker) doesn’t help.
That might be a temporary issue, please let us know if the site is not accessible till now.
Thanks
It keeps happening on and off. However it happens quite often and that shouldn’t be a ‘temporary’ issue. I also don’t use a VPN (most of the times) on my iPad so that shouldn’t be an issue either. The only time it has no problem is for instance when I follow a link, like the one in your notification e-mail that a new response has been posted.
For example, just now it showed this (see attached image). The links in the purple bar worked but typing ‘theme.co’ in the URL bar delivers the same error.
It’s still happening. It’s not a recent issue either. I’ve encountered this weeks ago, maybe even months but didn’t report it.
Sorry you’re running into this. We’ve not been able to reproduce this, but certainly eager to figure out what’s causing it.
Can you tap in your address bar and copy/paste the exact URL that you are viewing? Or are you saying it only happens when on the home page theme.co
exactly?
Thanks!
It happens when I enter theme.co
and theme.co/pro
directly.
Thanks for the additional information here. We’ll see what we can find.
