Greetings,

i can’t login to my website www.quantumlife.gr

i have attached some images to see what it shows

i contacted my web hosting company and they said that from their part all are ok
i don’t know what to do.
Edit ( i think the wp-config.php is missing from the files)

Hello Stella,

Thanks for writing in! This seems familiar. This usually appears when you set up WordPress installation. Did you do anything or something that masu have removed the wp-config.php file? Please login to your ftp and find out if it is actually missing or was just renamed to a different filename.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hello,
i didn’t do anything, we had many days to visit the site and yesterday i visited and we saw the installation pictures of wordpress instead of the site! What happened?

i just can’t seem to find it wp-config.php, it’s missing
there is only a wp-config-sample.php

Hi There,

Could you please provide us with your cPanel account so we can take a look at your database so we can create a new wp-config file? (I’m not sure 100% your website is back normal)

If not, you have to contact to your hosting to rollback your latest backup.

Hi There,

I’ve created a new wp-config.php file then added the database name, user, password, … and everything is back to normal now.

one more question the google maps in contact page doesn’t work properly, should i update the theme and see if it will work?

Hi Stella,

I checked and you’ll need to re-add your google map API Key, the error says there is no API Key added.
