Can't get slider to work

Hi Guys.

Please see the below. I am trying to get a slider to be full width (outside the container) but keep the text inside the container. How would I go about doing this?

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you add your slider using the append sliders to your header functionality to make it full width without modifying the max-width of your cotaniner, please check this article for more information.

Thanks. I’m using global blocks and classic slider. Is this still available to do? I cannot find the settings page for this under the content->main page.

Hi @infused,

The Classic Slider element isn’t really setup to work responsively and full width like that. The instructions above would require installing and activating either Slider Revolution or LayerSlider. After you build your slider using the plugin you can configure it to output below your header.
