Can't get Slider REvolution to Update

I’ve tried everything, including uninstalling and reenabling Slider Evolution. No matter what I do, it’s one version down and won’t update.

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you please deactivate the plugin and then delete the Slider Revolution, now you need to go to the X—>Validation ---->Slider Revolution—>Install

To be on the safe side please take a backup of the slider.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
