Can't get Pro to validate

Hi all,

Bit of an odd one. Created a new site, installed pro, validated it, then created a staging version via Softaculous. Then live site is all validated and fine, the staging site won’t validate. I’ve gone through https://theme.co/docs/problems-with-product-validation , disabled all the plugins, reinstalled pro, and enabled debug mode which doesn’t show any errors, no luck on any sadly.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your Themeco Account and found the staging site is added to your Pro Unlimited license. I went ahead and tried the validation once again and now it has been validated successfully.
