Can't get header & footer off my LearnDash courses page

I installed an LMS plugin on the site (LearnDash) and on the courses page, the header and footer are there. I don’t want them to be. I have the page set with “No container, no header, no footer” but they’re still showing up.

To help you with your concerns we need to check your setting, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact Header URL

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

You will have to edit your custom header and custom footer. In each of the Bar element, add an element condition that it will only show if the Post Type is not “Course”:

Yes, that makes sense. I wondered if that needed to be done after seeing it in another topic. But, how do I find that area?
