Can't Get Custom Fonts to Work

Hi Themeco,

I’m trying to use a custom icon font that I created in fontastic and have been following the instructions here to do so: https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/adding-custom-font-using-css/.

Though I’ve uploaded the css (which I’ll send in a private post) to both the customizer and the pro child style sheet, I’m not able to use the font.

Please could you help me with this? Thanks

Hi Nicola,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, your font file paths/URLs are throwing 404 errors. You need to use correct file path to resolve the issue.

If you’re still having issues, provide us with an example page URL to check your issue further.

Hi, I’ve corrected the file path issue, still have the same issue.

When I call the Fontastic cloud server, I don’t get the same issue FYI.

I’ll send the URL for the test page in a private post.

I’ve checked your website and I found that the code in style.css was commented out, I corrected that, then corrected the SVG fonts icon path and I can see now the icons are appearing on your testing page:
