Can't find Where to Remove RevSlider Shortcode from header again

I am having the same problem I had previously where the revslider code is appearing above the header and I can’t follow your previous steps to get rid of the code (it appears the code is in the header template, not in the page template).

I will attach a secure note with login details. You will see the revslider code on the homepage at the top of the page.

Thanks for writing to us.

I went ahead and opened the page in the default editor, selected the slider under the slider settings, and saved the changes. I then selected Deactivated under the slider settings and saved the page again. The Slider Revolution shortcode is not rendering at the moment. It is working now, so please check your website again.
